An evening of wine tasting & tasting technique with Peter Hopkins

Peter Hopkins is one of the North of England’s leading authorities on wine. His academic achievements include the prestigious Moet and Chandon Champagne Scholarship, The Prestige de Bordeaux Scholarship , he is a Grande Maisons d’Alsace Trophy winner and a past National ‘UK Sommelier of the Year’.

 There will be six wines to taste. 2 whites, 3 reds and a dessert wine. Sally and I will be matching small plates of our favourite delicious canapes to accompany each of the 3 types of wine.  

The price for the evening is £50 per person (includes all 6 wines, 5 canapes and dessert each).
